Below is a description of the management terms of the web site and treatment of personal data of site visitors. Following consultation of this web site, data may be treated in relation to identified or identifiable persons.  The data treatment owner is Sly Yachts srl, with registered offices at Via Cairoli 35, Cesena (FC), Italy.  Treatment relating to web services of this site is performed at the aforementioned registered office of the company, by data treatment staff or by appointed outsourcers for occasional updating and maintenance operations.  No data deriving from the Web services is communicated or disclosed. Users consent to the receipt of informative and/or advertising and/or commercial material (CD-ROMs, newsletters, brochures, event information, invitations); data submitted by users is used only for the purposes of this service (e.g. shipping and/or forwarding). The IT systems and software procedures used in operations of this Web Site, in the course of normal development, acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols.
